Equipment Rebuilding

Our expert engineers and technicians will rebuild your equipment to original OEM specification, or to meet your special requirements. AVI's metal fabricators  and machinist can accommodate any job, large or small.

 

Inspection Services

Our extensive experience in Boiler Water Circulating Pumps and wastewater and chemical flow systems gives us the experience to perform inspections while meeting all the necessary regulatory requirements. AVI's inspections not only include break/ fix recommendations but we also provide critical studies, operations review, and compliance plans when appropriate or upon request.

Machine Shop Services

AVI has a reputation of building high quality parts with outstanding accuracy, quality and finish. With over 40 machines available for our client's projects, many have state-of-the-art digital readouts. Our machines include boring mills, milling machines, sand blasting, grinders, horizontal engine lathes and more. (Parts manufactured in our machine shop (left)

Welding & Fabrication

AVI provides a variety of welding and fabrication services, ASME supply welding and structural fabrication for a variety of materials. Our selection of services includes machining, CAD support, field welding, shop welding, machining, pressure vessel fabrication, CAD design assistance, and piping fabrication. We can accommodate any welding or fabrication on-site or in our 60,000 sq ft facility.

Pump/Blower Motors

Pump and blower motors have been a core service of our business for over 25 years. Many businesses rely on AVI International, Inc's repair service. we are fully capable of restoring every facet of your manufacturing and production equipment. Our facility or mobil technicians have all the equipment necessary to repair, refurbish or upgrade your equipment.

Vibration Analysis

Vibration analysis and condition monitoring have long been a key focus in our in business. We have been providing predictive maintenance services for many years and with our present Rockwell Entik IRD Datapak 1500 Vibration Analysis System.

 

Thermal Analysis

Friction is the root of many failures . AVI  offers multiple inspection services to identify problematic area's such as bearings, rotor bars, cooling systems,  air and liquid heat exchangers, pumps and motors . with the proper knowledge at hand preventive and predictive  maintenance  can be scheduled to minimize down time.

Dynamic Balancing

We provide industrial balancing and vibration analysis to a wide range of boiler water circulating pumps, wastewater systems and production machinery. We strive to improve our customer's equipment life with the expert dynamic balancing which removes vibration, heat and overall extends the life of your equipment.  We also provide troubleshooting and predictive maintenance.

 

All Balancing is performed under AVI’s quality control procedures, which meet and or exceed the following certifications: Nema. Government ISO. 2W/N Scale, API and MIL specifications.
